EXPLORING THE KOSHAS: Integrating the 5 Dimensions of Being

Through yoga asanas, movement enquiry, breath work and meditation we will explore this ancient framework for whole body-mind awareness. In this map or model we will explore the physical, energetic, psycho-emotional and spiritual ‘self’ thus introducing a means of working in a truly holistic way and providing a foundation for mind-body health and healing.
Often we can feel like we are out of balance in some way and find it challenging to figure out the source of this un-ease. Through an experiential exploration of the 5 Koshas we can begin to tap into the different levels of vibration that make up our whole being and in so doing generate greater balance and health in our lives.
